WHO CAN JOIN THE COMMUNITY TEAM?
Any current student at UT Dallas, undergraduate or graduate, can apply to join the Comet Life Community Team!
WHO ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and outgoing Comets to join our Community Team. If you have a passion for school spirit or just the community at UT Dallas – you’re in.
Additionally if you’re looking to get more involved, you’ve also come to the right place!
WHAT POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We’re looking to vastly grow our team to a large scale to cover all of the events going on campus, as well as grow our organization. We’re looking for Photographers, Social Media Coordinators, Graphics Designers, Event Planners, Fundraising Coordinators, Web Developers, Animators, Video Editors, Writers, and more.
If you have a skill that you want to specifically carry out, be sure to let us know and apply for it!
WHAT WILL I GAIN FROM THIS TEAM?
Community Team members will gain tons of opportunities to get involved with the community at UT Dallas. No matter your position, you’ll be able to get more involved on campus through Comet Life.
Team members additionally will gain experience in and strengthen their professional skills (photography, public relations, event organizing, graphics design, etc) which are viable in the workplace. Additionally you’ll receive a professionally written recommendation letter from our President as well as tons of networking opportunities to boost your career and make you stand out to your employers.
If you’re a JSOM student, we’re a partnered organization to give you Volunteer Hours for your work in our organization. Additionally, if you’re looking for volunteer hours – we’ve got you.
